On April 4, 2020, the day after we submitted our letter, we received an Amended Order (“Order”) of the Health Officer for the County concerning COVID-19 limitations on religious practices which specifically prohibited drive-in church service. The Order was further Amended on April 6, 2020.

A demand letter was sent on behalf of Pastor Tim Thompson and 412 Church, Murrieta, CA, to Riverside County Supervisors and their Health Officer to immediately act to rescind the April 6, 2020 Amended Order stating that all public or private gatherings of two or more people are prohibited regardless of the size of the venue or gathering.
