Tyler Law, LLP (“Tyler Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit tylerlawllp.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us online. It also describes the privacy rights available to California residents and how to exercise them.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not change the terms of any engagement agreement between you and the firm, and it is not a substitute for those terms.

1. Who we are

Tyler Law, LLP is a multi-practice law firm with offices in:

  • Inland Empire, California — 25026 Las Brisas Road, Murrieta, California 92562
  • Orange County, California — 17875 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 150, Irvine, California 92614
  • Northwest Arkansas — 1911 S. 1st Street, Rogers, Arkansas 72758

For privacy questions, contact us using the details in Section 13.

2. No attorney–client relationship; do not send confidential information

Submitting a form, sending an email, or otherwise contacting us through the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only after we have completed our conflict-of-interest review and both parties have signed a written engagement agreement.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the Site or by email until an attorney–client relationship has been established in writing. Information you submit before that point may not be treated as privileged or confidential.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you complete a contact or intake form, subscribe to a newsletter, register for an event, or use our online services (such as the Online Estate Planning tool), we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you include about your legal matter.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from analytics and advertising providers and from service providers that support our intake and marketing operations.

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information through the Site beyond what you voluntarily provide. Please avoid submitting sensitive details through web forms.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies (“cookies”) to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and support our marketing. We group these into categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (e.g., page delivery, form submission, security). These are always active.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager.
  • Marketing/advertising — help us measure and improve our advertising. We use Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, which load Google’s advertising services (including DoubleClick); the Meta Pixel, which allows Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show ads to people who have visited the Site; and Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve and measure advertising.
  • Embedded content — third-party media and resources embedded on the Site (e.g., YouTube videos and Google Fonts) may set cookies or load resources from the provider when a page loads.

Your choices. We use a consent banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are not activated until you provide consent. You can change your preferences at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the Site footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.

Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the legal services you request;
  • conduct conflict-of-interest checks and establish engagements;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • send newsletters, event invitations, and updates you have requested (you may unsubscribe at any time);
  • measure and improve our marketing and understand Site usage; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

6. How we disclose information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information as follows:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us — for example, website hosting (Webflow), client intake and form processing (Lawmatics), analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), email, and event management. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Our use of analytics and advertising cookies may involve disclosing online identifiers and usage information to providers such as Google (including Google Ads and Google AdSense) and Meta. Under California law, certain of these disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing.” See Section 8 for how to opt out.
  • Legal and protective disclosures. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not disclose information you provide about a legal matter for marketing purposes.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, professional, and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

8. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal and professional exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. While we do not sell personal information for money, our use of certain advertising/analytics cookies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request using the contact details in Section 13. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and embed third-party content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
