On April 4, 2020, the day after we submitted our letter, we received an Amended Order (“Order”) of the Health Officer for the County concerning COVID-19 limitations on religious practices which specifically prohibited drive-in church service. The Order was further Amended on April 6, 2020.

AB-1548 | California’s Non-Profit Security Grant Program

Recently Governor Newsom officially established The California State Non-Profit Security Grant Program (“NSGP”) by signing AB-1548 which sets aside approximately fifteen-million dollars ($15,000,000.00) into a designated grant program for use by California non-profits for the purpose of providing additional security.
