Executive Assistant / Legal Assistant

Position Details

  • Position: Full-Time
  • Location: Murrieta, CA (in-office)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

About the Role

Tyler Law represents numerous churches, ministries, nonprofits, and various secular businesses. Tyler Law also handles numerous matters regarding corporate formation, trusts and estate planning, business and real estate transaction and litigation matters.

The applicant hired will provide support to attorneys and paralegals. This person will maintain the attorneys' calendar, track emails, monitor deadlines, and communicate with clients. This role will include assisting in the preparation and management of legal documents. It is imperative that the applicant be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, good writing skills, and be able to multi-task in an environment that is often fast paced and deadline driven.
