The COVID-19 pandemic has brought numerous changes to the contractual relationships between landlords and tenants. Unfortunately, 2021 has not brought an end to this devastating pandemic, and legislation is still being passed to regulate rental agreements. One new piece of legislation coming into effect is AB-15 or the COVID-19 Tenant Stabilization Act of 2021.
